Dominic began his football with the West Ham United youth set up, but was released in the summer of 2007. The pacey left sided winger, joined Dagenham & Redbridge, and after a loan spell with Thurrock, attracted the attention of Peterborough United. He signed for them on 27 August 2008, for a fee believed to be around £200,000. Dominic had played 27 games for Posh, scoring twice, and also had a loan spell with Chesterfield in January 2010 for the remainder of the season where he scored twice in 10 appearances.

He arrived at Nene Park on 16 August 2010, initially on a month’s loan from Peterborough United. He made his debut for Diamonds on 17 August 2010 at Bath City, and early in September, the loan deal was extended until the end of the year, but he returned to Peterborough United in mid-November. On 22 March 2011, he went on loan to UCL side St.Neots Town, until the end of the season. His contract at London Road was terminated by mutual consent on 28 June 2011. On 4 November 2011, Dominic signed for League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge. After being unable to maintain a first team spot during the 2012/2013 season and making just 7 appearances, mainly off the bench, he went out on a one-month loan to Conference side Dartford on 8 January 2013. He returned to the Daggers after 3 Dartford appearances, but his contract was not renewed at the end of the season, and he was released on 7 May 2013. He made 32 appearances, scoring just once for the Daggers. On 16 August 2013, Dominic joined Conference South side Ebbsfleet United however, on 19 December 2013, he went on a one month loan deal to fellow Conference South side Tonbridge Angels. After his return, he went on a further loan deal on 11 February 2014, this time to fellow Conference South side Whitehawk.

He moved on to Hayes & Yeading United for the latter half of the 2014-15 season, but was released at the end of the campaign. He then signed for Bishop’s Stortford but his opportunities there were limited.
