Connor was a central defender / midfielder from Middlesex and was scouted for the Centre of Excellence in November 2007, gaining a scholarship after good performances at centre back for the Youth Team during February 2007. Connor moved to central midfield in the early part of the 2008 / 2009 season and made the position his own with some excellent performances, particularly in the Midland Youth Cup Final at Port Vale. Connor made his first appearance for the first team as a substitute in the Hillier Senior Cup game against Daventry United on 13 October 2009.
He went out on work experience to CCL side North Greenford United during November 2009, and UCL side Northampton Spencer in January 2010 in order to gain more experience of men’s football, but he was released at the end of his scholarship in May 2010. After a trial at Banbury United, Connor re-joined Northampton Spencer in August 2010. By October, he was playing for Spartan South Midlands League Premier side Chalfont St.Peter, but joined Hellenic Premier side Thame United on 1 January 2011. No record of his involvement with the game has been found between 2012 to 2018.
