Born in Hackney, Justin began his career as a trainee at QPR, playing for the youth side. He had a memorable debut for them at the end of the 2000/01 season, when he got sent off within minutes of coming on as a substitute. He remained at QPR until being released in the summer of 2002, joining Hayes. After one season, he was signed by Crewe Alexandra on a free transfer, and made over 75 appearances in three years. In February 2006, he went on loan to Gillingham, and had a trial with Luton Town in April before being released. He signed a two-year contract with Rotherham, but was released in June 2007 after just one year. He signed non-contract forms for Yeovil Town, and Millwall the following season. In November / December 2008, he was part of the Antigua & Barbuda squad to play in the Caribbean Championships. Following his return to England, he joined Diamonds on 19 December 2008 on non-contract forms.
He made his Diamonds debut in the 2-1 victory over Northwich Victoria on 20th December 2008, but was released on 30th January 2009 after three league appearances and one in the FA Trophy.
After leaving Nene Park he joined Aldershot Town on a short contract, but was released at the end of the 2008-09 season. He joined newly promoted Conference side Hayes & Yeading in July 2009, staying for the 2009-10 season. He joined Conference South side Boreham Wood in September 2010 and played for Antigua Barracuda during the summer of 2011, before rejoining Boreham Wood on 9 September 2011. He hung up his boots in 2013, and has had a successful coaching career since, firstly with the Tottenham Hotspur Academy and then as the England U15 Head Coach. From there he took on a role as Head of Player Development and Coaching at Manchester United.
