Junior was one of those players who made the transition from Rushden Town to the newly merged club in the summer of 1992. He had previously been with Aylesbury United from July 1988 until his move to Rushden Town in June 1991. He was released at the end of the 1992/93 season. He had the distinction of becoming the first Rushden & Diamonds player to be booked. He has since retired from the game.
