END OF SEASON PRESENTATION EVENING

He was chosen as the Diamonds Young Player of the Season for 2008-09, and his performances were rewarded when he was offered a pro deal to keep him at the Diamonds once his scholarship was complete. This deal was signed shortly before the start of the 2009/10 season and he was allocated the squad number 22.

Jack went out on a season long loan with Hemel Hempstead Town at the beginning of the 2009/10 season, in order to gain match experience. After returning back early from that loan however, he was released by the club in December 2009. He decided to continued with his studies in the Lancashire area and joined Northern Premier (Unibond) League Division One North side Rossendale United before the demise of the club in the summer of 2011. Jack joined NPL Division One North side Clitheroe for the 2012/2013 season, where he was appointed club captain. On 25 October 2013, Jack joined NPL Premier side Ashton United.
